FIVE TEENS ARRESTED FOR ENTERING VACANT HOME
The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office arrested five teens late Friday night for residential entry and marijuana possession. Two 15-year-olds, two 14-year-olds and one 13-year-old juvenile were discovered in the unlocked Ninevah home by deputies. Officers found marijuana in the possession of the 13-year-old. A neighbor called to report movement seen through the windows of the vacant home. Reportedly, several other uninvited guests were in the home at some point. Those arrested claimed they were not stealing or harming anything or anyone and were only “hanging out.” All five individuals were taken into custody and will be released to their guardians.
