MARSHALS, DEPUTIES ZERO-IN ON HOLTON FUGITIVE
Members of the Jennings County Sheriff’s Department, U.S. Marshal Service and the Indiana State Police, along with local authorities, corralled a Holton man wanted for several felony charges. Acting on a tip, police responded to a residence east of the town of Nebraska on County Road 850 East. Rocky Lee Tyler, 27, fled into a wooded area behind the home. Officers and a canine team captured Tyler after a short pursuit. Tyler was treated at a local hospital for dog bites and is being held on multiple charges. He will now face previous charges in Ripley and Jefferson Counties. No safety personnel were injured.
