Here is a list of communities that have moved trick-or-treating to Friday: Bargersville 6 to 9 p.m. Columbus 5 to 8 p.m. Edinburgh 6 to 8 p.m. Franklin 6 to 9 p.m. Greenfield 5 to 8:30 p.m. Greenwood 6 to 8:30 p.m. Greenwood Park Mall 6 to 8 p.m. Hope 6 to 8 p.m. Indianapolis 6 to 8 p.m. Mooresville 6:30 to 8 p.m. Nashville 6 to 9 p.m. North Vernon 5 to 8 p.m. Plainfield 6 to 9 p.m. Seymour 6 to 8 p.m. Shelbyville 6 to 8 p.m. All unincorporated areas of Johnson County 6 to 9 p.m. (incl. Center Grove area) OCT. 31 CELEBRATIONS: FairOaks Mall Halloween Spooktacular, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Edinburgh Parks & Recreation's Halloween Festival at the Community Center, 6 to 9 p.m. (indoors) Sweet Street Celebration at the First Christian Church in North Vernon, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. (free, open to public) A low pressure system over Iowa moving east will bring rain throughout the day. Mike Ryan, meteorologist from the National Weather Service, says a cold front arrives this afternoon that will bring the threat of severe weather. Damaging wind gusts will be the primary hazard this evening. Heavy rain with isolated thunderstorm activity is expected this afternoon into the evening. The forecast for Friday evening for trick-or-treaters is cloudy with a low of 42 degrees.
